1. Dry the sewage sludge with high temperature
In general, the moisture of sewage sludge is quite high, which is not convenient for carbonization. So we have installed a dryer device to remove the extra moisture in the sludge and guarantee the water content of sludge in no more than 20%. the pretreatment can ensure the quality of end products and reserve more charcoal contents.
2. Carbonization of sludge
Using coal, wood or natural gas as fuel to heat the carbonization furnace for 30 minutes until there is combustible gas generating in the furnace. The combustible gas is the major burning fuel materials in the sewage sludge treatment process. After purified by spray dedusting system, the gas will be recycled to heat furnace and dryer instead of traditional fuels, which is the famous carbonization technology of “one fire with two steps”.
3. Discharge of sludge carbon
After being heated by the furnace and then cooled by cooling system, the sludge will be slowly converted into charcoal and we can discharge the charcoal automatically.
