1. Generally, the palm kernel shell carbonization machine needs to be equipped with pretreatment devices according to the moisture and size of raw material. Firstly, plam shell should be crushed into small pieces which should be smaller than 50mm and then dried if the moisture is over 20%, which can guarantee the raw material fully processed to improve the quality of final products;
2. Then the raw material will be conveyed to carbonizing furnace through the belt conveyor, and when it reaches the related temperature, the raw material will generate combustible gas that can be used to provide heating for the furnace;
