There are four major steps in the whole rice hull charcoal making process: high temperature pyrolysis, flue gas volatilization, sulfur emission, charcoal enrichment. At first, as the moisture of rice hull is higher than 20%, the carbonizer machine should be equipped with pretreatment device, dryer to remove the residual moisture content; then pour the raw material into carbonization furnace to be heated by high temperature, and when the temperature of the furnace has reached 100 degree centigrade in 30 minutes, it will generate combustible gas and charcoal. The carbonized rice hull will be collected after cooling, while the combustible gas will be further processed by spray dedusting system and condenser system into tar and wood vinegar. Finally, the whole production process has fully realized the green production with high efficiency.
