At present, there are three types of carbonizing furnace, ordinary type (only can be used for the production of charcoal, can’t collect gas); wood carbonization equipment (for carbonizing branches, wood, coconut shell pieces, scrap pieces in furniture factory, the equipment can be configured gasifier device to recover gas into combustible gas for personal use or other); carbon powder production line (used in the production of carbon powder machine, which can carbonize rice husk, sawdust, bamboo into carbon powder and further process into activated carbon).

The continuous carbonization furnace is a charcoal machine with high carbonization rate which refers to dry distillation and oxygen-free carbonization in furnace under high temperature for disposing sawdust, rice hull, peanut shell, plant stalk, bark and other carbonaceous wood materials (volume below 15mm granular). The continuous carbonizing furnace adopts advanced technology of recovery, purification, recycling combustion for the resulting carbon monoxide, methane, oxygen and other combustible gas in the carbonization process. It can not only solve the smoke pollution issue of the ordinary machine, but also solve the thermal problem that the carbonation equipment requires, which fully achieves self-sufficiency and improves the continuity and economy of the equipment. The equipment makes full use of agricultural and forestry residues to turn waste into treasure and reduce the contradiction between supply and demand of forestry resources, as well as make more contribution to the green environment. After spray, cooling, purification and other processes, the flue gas generated in the carbonization process can be used for secondary combustion. There is no smoke in the production process, and the gas achieves international emission standards.
